Mus 551 Advanced Keyboard Skills

This course investigates and applies advanced theoretical concepts to keyboard playing and improvisation. Applications include sightreading, transposition, harmonization, and figured bass reading. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Mus 451 and may be taken only once for credit. This is the first course in a sequence of two: Mus 551 and Mus 552.
