Mus 451 Advanced Keyboard Skills

This course investigates and applies advanced theoretical concepts to keyboard playing and improvisation. Applications include sightreading, transposition, harmonization, and figured bass reading. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Mus 551 and may be taken only once for credit. This is the first course in a sequence of two: Mus 451 and Mus 452.
