Bilingual Teacher Pathway (BTP) Program
The College of Education offers a preparation program for bilingual/bicultural individuals who are employees in partner school districts or bilingual/bicultural individuals seeking initial teacher licensure at the elementary level.
The BTP core consists of 38 credits and 13 credits of field experience. In addition, the Dual-Language specialization of 18 credit hours is integrated into the program plan of study. Required prerequisite classes should be completed prior to admission into the BTP program. Students may apply at the undergraduate (120 credits/senior status) or graduate level.
