Analysis of primary sources. Hst 479/579: 20th century mass culture-films, novels, sport, and music. This is the second course in a sequence of two: Hst 478 and Hst 479. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Hst 479 and may be taken only once for credit. Recommended prerequisite: upper division standing.
