G 201 Geology

Study of Earth's materials, structures, and the processes that have changed the Earth's surface throughout geologic time, in the light of the unifying plate tectonics model. Requires concurrent enrollment in G 204 for G 201, and G 205 or G207 for G 202. Classes will meet the requirements for science with an integrated laboratory experience. This is the first course in a sequence of two: G 201 and G 202.
