SW 535 Advanced Clinical Practice III

This final course provides students an opportunity to articulate their personal theoretical orientation and preferred practice models. Student commitment to effectiveness and accountability is reinforced through review of evidence based principles, professional ethics, and the ongoing integration of research and evaluation. The course includes content on using supervision/consultation, continuing education, licensure, and practices of self-care. Students will also critically examine the impact of white supremacy culture on agency practices, system structures, and clinical services.
