RE 522 Real Estate Finance II

Introduces advanced concepts and analytical techniques of commercial real estate investment and finance. Topics discussed include advanced financial spreadsheet modeling, financial accounting, real estate investment trusts (REITs), mortgage-backed securities, and financing decisions of owner-occupiers (corporate real estate management). This course places an emphasis on quantitative analysis and real-world application.
