Mgmt 441 Negotiations and Employee Relations

Students will gain hands-on experience negotiating in general as well as regarding important workplace issues such as labor relations and contract negotiations. Students will learn how to manage the preparation, implementation, and processes of negotiation. Students will devote significant time in class to negotiation preparation and exercises for both individual and group workplace negotiations and will have ample opportunity to receive feedback to improve their skills.
