HS 307 Inquiry, Evaluation & Accountability

Introductory course on the principles and methods of inquiry, evaluation, and assessment in human services. Students will learn how to assess strengths, evaluate needs, and measure outcomes in human service organizations. Students will gain knowledge in research design; logic models; use of common assessment instruments; data collection and analysis; operationalization of accountability measures; evaluation of services; and report writing/ communication of results.
