Fin 553 Valuation Modeling

Builds on topics introduced in core graduate accounting and finance courses, using a modeling-driven approach to explore both technical and conceptual aspects of firm valuation. This is a practical and applied course that offers hands-on experience working with discounted cash flow models, constructing financial statement forecasts, constructing cost of capital estimates, and using techniques such as sensitivity, scenario, and Monte Carlo analysis to quantify the impact of modeling assumptions on results.
