ELP 572 Principal Leadership: Becoming a Systems Thinker

Provides an introduction to systems thinking methodologies within complex organizational settings. Students will utilize a systems thinking perspective to identify and address problems within the school setting. A core component of this course is the assumption that at every level of schooling, traditional approaches to education and schooling should be challenged and changed in order to ensure equitable educational opportunities for all our children, specifically those historically underserved by public schools.
