Bi 213 Principles of Biology: Evolution and ecology of living organisms

Study of the evolution and ecology of living organisms. Specific topics include natural selection, speciation, the introduction of major phyla, and ecology. Four hours lecture. This is one of six courses (Bi 211-6), which together provide broad foundational preparation for further study in the biological sciences.
