The Jim Sells Childcare Subsidy (JSCS) is offered by the Services for Students with Children (SSWC) at Portland State University (PSU). The subsidy provides financial assistance to eligible students with children to help ease the cost of childcare during PSU’s academic year. SSWC believes that every child deserves quality childcare while their parent pursue their educational goals. Providing family resources will help student parents meet their educational and personal needs, and improve student retention and long-term success.
