Hst 477 Topics in Russian-Soviet History

Studies selected themes on the political, social, and cultural aspects of the Imperial, Soviet, and/or post-Soviet experience. Investigates the politics, controversies, and social imaginaries of the period and theme under study through primary sources and historiographical debates. Course may be repeated for credit with different topics.
