Stat 466 Experimental Design: Theory and Methods
A theoretical and applied treatment of experimental design; analysis of variance, fixed effect models, random effects models, checking model adequacy; block designs, Latin squares, related designs; incomplete designs; factorial designs, confounding two-level designs, split-plot designs; fractional factorial designs; nested designs; relation to regression analysis; analysis of covariance. All sections will illustrate real world applications with computer usage. This is the second course in a sequence of two:
Stat 465 and
Stat 466.
