PS 422 Constitutional Law

A study of the way in which the Supreme Court has shaped and influenced governmental structure and political power. Special attention is given to judicial decisions in the areas of federalism, separation of powers, the commerce clause, and the authority of the presidency. Expected preparation: PS 321.
