Mth 425 Elementary Differential Geometry II

Differential geometry of curves and surfaces; elementary Riemannian geometry; the Gauss-Bonnet theorem; applications from mechanics and field theory. This is the second course in a sequence of two: Mth 424 and Mth 425 which must be taken in sequence.
