The efforts of the individual or team of entrepreneurs who are responsible for this activity become even more complex when the activity must be carried out inside an existing on-going business. Explores a procedural framework, along with typical issues often encountered such as resources, timing, political conflicts, bureaucracy, and other obstacles that must be overcome to succeed in developing products within an existing company.
