Soc 423 Stratification

Survey and analysis of stratification theories and empirical research. Analysis of class, race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation, considering economic, social, political, and cultural dimensions of power. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Soc 523 and may be taken only once for credit. Recommended prerequisite: Soc 200.
