Psy 440 Group Process

A course on the psychology of small groups. Topics will include but not be limited to: interpersonal attraction, stages of group development, group structure, coalition formation, personal power, leadership, group decision making and problem solving, intergroup relations and the principles of negotiation. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Psy 540 and may be taken only once for credit. Recommended prerequisite: Stat 243 and Stat 244, Psy 321, graduate standing or consent of instructor.
