PS 422 Constitutional Law

A study of the way in which the Supreme Court has shaped and influenced governmental structure and political power. Special attention is given to judicial decisions in the areas of federalism, separation of powers, the commerce clause, and the authority of the presidency. Also offered for graduate-level credit as PS 522 and may be taken only once for credit. Expected preparation: PS 321.
