PAP 413 Ethics and Public Policy

An examination of the normative dimensions of public policy, focusing both on the ethical issues raised by the means of policymaking as well as the values that might shape the ends of public policy. Also offered for graduate-level credit as PAP 513 and may be taken only once for credit.
