Geog 481 Digital Image Analysis I: Introduction

Interpretation and measurement from digital satellite imagery used for interpretation of the earth's surface. Analysis will be largely based on the application of computer technology to imagery. The emphasis will be on natural landforms and vegetative cover. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Geog 581 and may be taken only once for credit. Recommended prerequisite: Geog 480/580.
