ELP 547 Administration of Early Childhood Programs

Examines theory and practice informing the administration/leadership of early childhood programs to include: 1) organizational configurations, 2) leadership and the dynamics of the work group, 3) developmentally appropriate curriculum, 4) interaction with families of young children, and 5) significance of poverty, race, and gender for such programs. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as ELP 447 and may be taken only once for credit.
