ECE 383 Nanotechnology: Simulation & Design
Introductory circuit simulation; properties of selected nanotechnology devices and systems; nanodevice simulation; development of nanodevice models. May be taken to satisfy theECE technical writing requirement. This is the same course as SCI 383 and may be taken only once for credit.
