CS 451 Numerical Computation

Introduction to numerical methods. Includes topics from elementary discussion of errors, polynomials, interpolation, quadrature, linear systems of equations, and solution of nonlinear equations. Also offered for graduate-credit as CS 551 and may be taken only once for credit.
