CR 428 Human Values in War and Peace: Value Dilemmas, Contradictions and Resolutions

Critically reflects on how similarly or differently values and belief systems function under conditions of war and peace. Explores value conflicts and possible resolutions, as well as how different approaches to values may be conducive to violent conflict or to empowering peace on the international stage. Also offered for graduate-level credit as CR 528 and may be taken only once for credit.
