TA 111 Technical Theater I

First term of sequence concerns the planning and building of sets and stage properties, and the production organization skills needed to mount theatrical productions. Second term adds elements of stage lighting, scene painting, and theater sound. Both terms require a three-hour lab period per week and participation in departmental productions presented that term. This is the first course in a sequence of two: TA 111 and TA 112 which must be taken in sequence.
