SySc 452 Game Theory

Study of cooperation, competition, and conflict in social systems and associated issues of rationality. Emphasis is on game-theoretic models, particularly of dilemmas of collective action, their possible solutions, and their applications to social, economic, and political phenomena. Also covered are social choice theory, and other systems-theoretic approaches to cooperation, competition and conflict. Also offered for graduate-level credit as SySc 552 and may be taken only once for credit.
