How individual differences affect work behavior and task performance and how psychologists measure and predict such differences. Covers the development, administration, and utility of modern instruments for selection and appraisal. Data combination strategies and decision making in personnel systems are discussed. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Psy 547 and may be taken only once for credit.
