Study of selections from masterpieces of German literature in translation, such as Goethe, the Weimar period, German Intellectual History, Ancient Myth in German Literature. Readings, lectures, and discussions in English. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Ger 441 and may be taken only once for credit.
