Ec 433 Advanced Natural Resource Economics

An examination of the economic concepts and theories for analyzing natural resource production, extraction and use. Focus on natural resources, such as land, minerals, forests, fisheries and wildlife and the barriers to achieving sustainability. Regional, national and international case studies used to illustrate key policy issues. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Ec 533 and may be taken only once for credit.
