CCJ 540 Legal Perspective of Criminal Justice

An advanced course that examines the legal environment within which the criminal and quasi-criminal justice systems function, with particular emphasis on philosophical and procedural issues related to deprivation of liberty decisions. Also offered as CCJ 640 and may be taken only once for credit.
