RE 562 Real Estate Capstone Project

Provides students with the opportunity to apply MSRE knowledge, skills and leadership competencies to work closely with a client. Operating as a consulting team and supported by a network of industry professionals, students develop a comprehensive development proposal for a site owned by the client. Students may elect to do an alternative individual capstone project after consulting with the MSRE academic director. Course may be taken twice for credit with Academic Director's consent.
