HS 411 Practice & Skill Development in Human Services I

This is the first in a series of three practice courses in HS intended to prepare students for culturally responsive entry level generalist practice in the human services field. Students will demonstrate beginning knowledge, skill, and competence in human service practice. This course will emphasize skill practice and coaching to competence and will focus on professional development, written and verbal communication skills. This course will require synchronous group work to practice and demonstrate skills.
