HS 307 Evaluating Organizational Change

Introduces students to the principles and methods of inquiry, evaluation, and assessment in organizations. Students will explore the quality of social services, and the impact of social change through the use of practical assessment instruments. Topics will include ethics, continuous improvement models, evaluation of services, analyzing data/report, and the importance of communicating results to stakeholders.
