Mth 111 Introductory College Mathematics I
Introduction to functions, basic properties, graphs and inverse functions. Study of polynomial, rational, exponential, and logarithmic functions. This is the first course in a sequence of two:
Mth 111 and
Mth 112, which must be taken in sequence.
Prerequisite
Completion of
Mth 095 with a grade of C- or above within the last year, or passing at the necessary level on the mathematics placement test within the last year (https://www.pdx.edu/math/placement).
