CR 540 Peer Mediation

Overview of programs in the schools where youth serve as mediators to resolve conflict between other students. Focus will be on successes and challenges as well as other approaches schools undertake to respond to student conflict. Opportunity to practice conflict resolution skills and analyze conflict dynamics of race and oppression. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as CR 440 and may be taken only once for credit.
