CR 512 Perspectives in Conflict Resolution

Introduction to full scope of the master's degree program. Since the program is intended to embrace both humanities and social science orientations, students need to become acquainted with the methods and terms of criticism arising from these sometimes-divergent disciplines. Students also need to become acquainted with the diverse models of conflict resolution derived from both the humanities and social sciences. A particular focus will be given to the legal and ethical aspects of these models, along with a full exploration of legalities and professional ethics in conflict resolution practice.
