The Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment and Finance provides students with the knowledge and analytical tools relevant to, amongst others, analyzing real estate investments, making financial decisions, valuing real estate assets, and assessing market demand & supply. The Certificate prepares students for careers in real estate investment, lending appraisal, corporate real estate management, investment brokerage, real estate FinTech, affordable housing finance, and property management.  This graduate certificate can be taken remotely.
