USP 539 Statistical Methods in Regional Science and Planning

Demonstrates the application of statistical methods to problems in the fields of regional science, transportation, and land use planning. Material is organized to provide a general description of a statistical technique and related set of applications. Data sets used in the actual applications are also provided to students, allowing them to replicate or recast the analysis. Methods covered include correlation, multiple regression, multivariate regression, time series analysis, and limited dependent variable techniques.
