CCJ 440 Constitutional Criminal Procedures

A critical examination of the legal controls on the administration of criminal justice, with special attention to current court decisions related to such issues as search and seizure, admissions and confessions, wiretapping and eavesdropping, right to counsel, fair trial, self incrimination, cruel and unusual punishment.
