Geog 493 Digital Terrain Analysis

Introduction to the theory and methods of the generation, compilation, analysis, and applications of digital elevation data. Topics include GIS terrain data models, digital photogrammetry, LiDAR data processing, terrain surface analysis, terrain visualization, and watershed delineation. Computer lab included. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Geog 593 and may be taken only once for credit.
