Mus 586 Diction for Singers: Italian, German, and French

Designed for singers and other musicians interested in classical vocal literature in Italian, Ger an, and French. It presents the principles of lyric diction and provides practice in the skills needed to sing the language correctly, idiomatically, and expressively. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as Mus 486 and may be taken only once for credit. This is the second course in a sequence of three: Mus 585, Mus 586, and Mus 587.
