Eng 425 Practical Grammar

Designed to enable students to understand, and therefore consciously to make effective, the structures of their written sentences. The course examines grammatical categories, structures, and terminology; relationships between grammatical structures and punctuation; and prescriptive grammars for written texts. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Eng 525 and may be taken only once for credit.
