ETM 575 Science and Technology Policy

Presents concepts and techniques for analyzing and formulating national science & technology policy, explains the process of transforming scientific knowledge into technical knowledge to design innovative products and services, and highlights the organizational interactions of research in science and technology to create national technical capabilities for economic development. Also offered as ETM 675 and may be taken only once for credit.
