ETM 551 Manufacturing Systems Management
Traditional and emerging techniques in manufacturing management; the evolution of concepts from EOQ to MRP and JIT including what has gone wrong with them. Other management level issues include aggregate production planning, enterprise requirements planning, and concurrent engineering. Also offered as ETM 651 and may be taken only once for credit.

Prerequisite: Background in manufacturing at the level of
ETM 550/650 or equivalent, or consent of instructor.
