Third term of a three-term course for students preparing for professional biochemical work. Structure and function of nucleotides and nucleic acids. Biochemical detail of DNA replication, RNA transcription, and protein translation. Also offered for graduate-level credit as Ch 592 and may be taken only once for credit. Expected preparation: Ch 490/590 and Ch 491/591.
