CR 545 Gender and Conflict Resolution

Explores the social construction of gender and its impact on conflict. Psychological theories, violence and aggression, communication styles, culture, societal structures, conflict resolution paradigms and war and peacebuilding are analyzed. Examines micro and macro issues connected to gender, peace, conflict and violence. Also offered for undergraduate-level credit as CR 445 and may be taken only once for credit.
