CE 624 Matrix and Computer Methods in Structural Analysis

Fundamental concepts of analysis for statically determinate and indeterminate structures utilizing matrices and computers; displacement and force methods applied to trusses and rigid frames; techniques for the analysis of large complex structures for static and dynamic loads. Also offered as CE 524 and may be taken only once for credit. This is the first course in a sequence of two: CE 624 and CE 625.
